2026 Youth Winter Camp

Join us for our 2026 Youth Winter Camp @ Shaver Lake! For current 7th-12th graders.

This year's theme is Glow Up from Psalm 119:105.

Important Information:

• SHIRTS: Register by December 10, 2025, to ensure you receive a camp T-Shirt. If you would like a long-sleeve or hoodie, please purchase the ad-on when you sign up.
• A list of What to bring to camp will be added here soon.
• MEALS: Meals will be provided: Lunch & Dinner on Friday; Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner on Saturday. Breakfast & Lunch on Sunday.
• LODGING: The youth boys and girls will be separated from the upstairs and downstairs area of the house.
• ELECTRONICS: Cameras and Phones are allowed for pictures. They must be in airplane mode during camp, with the only exception of calling home with a leader's permission. If student is found using the phone for anything other than pictures (including social media, music, etc.), it will be taken.
• NO weapons of any kind allowed. Pocket knives must be cleared by Pastor Jake before leaving the church grounds.
• A schedule will be sent out as we get close to the camp.

Youth Leader:

• GCC Youth Leaders must be fingerprinted with Grace, read through our Child Protection Policy, and adhere to our Youth Leader guidelines. Youth leaders will be helping in small groups, helping with teams, and staying the night (if available).
• Youth Leaders must be involved with Grace for at least six months and fill out Grace's Volunteer Application.
• There will be a meeting before camp for all Youth leaders where we will review the Child Protection Policy, Youth Leader guidelines, and camp in general. For more info please visit our website: https://www.gccmadera.com/volunteer-resources/
